Range Delivery

We deliver to all regions of the State of Kuwait without exception.

We provide daily delivery service from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The customer can choose the appropriate time period for him upon completion of the order, according to the available times.

limit minimum order

The minimum order is 3.000 KWD. Orders with a value less than this amount will not be accepted.

Fees Delivery

Delivery is free for orders that exceed a specific value. For orders less of this value, delivery fees are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.

Free delivery fees and conditions are updated periodically and can always be viewed through the website or application.

Period Delivery

We seek to deliver all orders on the same day or the next day, depending on the time of application and the time period chosen. If there is any unexpected delay, the customer will be informed in advance via WhatsApp.

Receipt The request

The customer must verify the correct address and phone number of the registered phone. If the customer is not there at the time of delivery, the driver will try to communicate with him. If it is not possible to contact or deliver, the delivery may be rescheduled.

Knock Exception

We accept payment via the Hesabi portal, which includes: Knet, Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay.
