Refund and replacement policy

We are keen to provide the best fresh products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with any product, we are pleased to assist you according to the following policy:

Qualifications Return and exchange

The customer has the right to request a replacement or return of the product within only 24 hours from the time of receiving the order.

The reason for the return or replacement should be one of the following: the arrival of a damaged or unfit for consumption product, the arrival of a different product than the required, or the presence of a lack of demand.

The customer must contact us via WhatsApp and send a clear picture of the product to be returned or exchanged.

Machinery retrieval

After verification of the request and confirming that the conditions are met, the customer will be contacted to arrange the replacement or refund.

Replacement: The replacement product is sent as soon as possible.

Return: The amount is returned in the same way as the original payment within 3 to 7 working days.

Cases Refund is not accepted

Refund or exchange is not accepted in the following cases: more than 24 hours have passed since the order has been received, or if the product has been used or consumed, or if the damage is caused by poor storage by the customer after receipt.
