Definitions

Fruits / WE / Company: Refers to Thamar's Online Store to deliver Fresh Vegetables, fruits and dates in the state of Kuwait.

Client / User / You: It refers to anyone who uses the website or application or makes a purchase.

Service: including the sale and delivery of fresh products via the website and mobile application.

Eligibility

The user must be 18 years or older to create an account and make purchases. By completing the purchase, the user acknowledges that he is legally qualified to contract.

Products and the prices

All Products Ofered Are Subject to Availability. We make the most effort to Display Accurate Images and Correct Descriptions, but Natural Products (vegetables and fruits) May Differ Slightly From the images shown in terms of size and color, by the nature of fresh products.

Prices offer in Kuwaiti Dinars Include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust the price at any time, but the confirmed prices when Placing the Order will not change.

The request and pay

The Minimum Order is 3.000 KWD. Payment is accepted via the Hesabi Portal, which includes Knet, Visa, MasterCard and Apple Pay.

Confirmation of the application is a binding contract between the two parties. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order in the event that the product is not available, or there is an error in the price or order information.

Delivery

We deliver to all Areas of Kuwait from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The mentioned delivery times are estimated and may be effective by Weather, Congestion, or other conditions beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid delivery address and an effective phone number. If the customer is unable to deliver due to false information, the customer may charge additional delivery charges.

retrieval and replacement

Return and Replacement Operations Are Subject to the Return and Replacement Policy published on our website. Return or exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Account The user

The user is responsible for the maintenance of his account and password. Any activity that takes place through your account. You should immediately inform us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Monarchy Intellectual

All content shown on the website and the application including logo, designs, text and images are private property of fruits and protected under Intellectual Property Laws. Copying or using any content without Prior Written Permission is prohibited.

Specify The Responsibility

We are not responsible for any independent damage from the use of our services. Our Maximum Responsibility does not exceed the value of the request in question.

Law The Duty to Apply

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the state of Kuwait. Any Dispute Arising from the use of our services is subject to the Jurisdiction of the State Courts of Kuwait.

Modifications

We reserve the right to believe these terms and conditions at any time. The Modifications shall be valid as soon as they are posted on the site. Your continued use of our services after modification is to be approved by the updated terms.
